H.E.Prof.Dr.CHHUN Vannak, an Exemplary Green Growth and Green Civilization Pioneer in Cambodia, Asia and the World, as CEO and President of International Investment Management Consulting (IIMC) & Founder, President and Founder of International Institute for Scienrific Research (IISR); Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of Asia Pacific Roundtable for Sustainable Consumption and Production (APRSCP) Asia Pacific Organization; Seoul Peace Prize Nominator; Author of Cambodia Green Growth Policy and Masterplan 2013-2030; Chair of the 12th Asia Pacific Conference 2016 on Future Green Sustainability; Chair of the UN Regional Asia Pacific Rio+20 Outcome Implemation 2013, keeps on building on the green civilization miracle. H.E.Prof.Dr.Chhun Vannak co-organized with the United Nations in Cambodia the special programme: Tree Planting for the United Nations, Inauguration of the United Nations Green Youth Programme and the United Nations Lecture Series: How to Change the World, It’s easier than you think, in Phnom Penh on 19th November 2018. The special program was presided over by H.E.Prof.Dr.CHHUN Vannak, CEO and President of the IIMC and Founder, President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the IISR, and by H.E.Ms. Pauline TAMESIS, The United Nations Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Cambodia.
HE. Prof. Dr. CHHUN Vannak, and his key colleagues, Dr. Tim Rackett and Mr. Pagna Chea warmly welcome the essential visit paid by HE. Ms. Pauline Tamesis, the United Nations Resident Representative and UNDP Representative, to the Kingdom of Cambodia and a prominent simple approachable female Leader present for the people and the young youth for the future, on the purpose of the development of the domain of SDGs, the inclusive green growth. It is directed and led by the people for the people’s needs in the pursuit of green civilisation and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In this way, the UN System mobilises resources to accelerate the achievements of the SDGs, and reinforce the practices of Cambodia Green Growth Policy and National Strategic Plan on Green Growth.
